How to become a vendor for HCI Coal
Email your business profile to procurement@hcicoal.co.za. The HCI procurement team will send you a vendor form.
Fill out our vendor form, list 3 business services, your references and work experience.
We will add you to our database and issue a vendor number.
Once on our vendor database, we will request quotes based on your specific services listed.
Please ensure you respond within 24 hours. Price your goods or services realistically.
